Your order constitutes an offer to buy and is subject to acceptance by My Store. Acceptance depends on verifying inventory and confirming the final price at the time of order processing.

Order Processing and Shipping

Once your order is accepted, we will process it within 1-3 business days. Shipping typically takes between 7-12 business days to complete.

Shipping fees are calculated based on your selected delivery method and will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Returns and Refunds

To return a product, you must request authorization within 14 calendar days of receiving your order by contacting our support team at stefanijotu@gmail.com.
Returns are accepted only for items that are unused, unchanged, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except when the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
After we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue refunds within 5-10 business days.
Refunds will be credited exclusively to the original payment method used for your purchase.
